All LOONMOON orders ship from British Columbia, Canada.
We offer tracked shipping within Canada, tracked shipping to the United States, and select international shipping as available through checkout.
Available products, prices, shipping rates, and delivery options may vary depending on your selected shipping country.

United States Shipping
Select LOONMOON products are available for shipping to the United States.
U.S. orders ship from Canada using tracked service. Shipping rates are weight-based and shown at checkout under:
U.S. Tracked Shipping + Prepaid Import Fees
Prepaid import fees are included in this shipping charge.
Very large U.S. orders may not be available for checkout. If your cart cannot be shipped, please reduce the order size or contact us for help.
International Shipping
LOONMOON may offer shipping to select international destinations as new markets are opened.
International shipping availability depends on destination, product type, parcel weight, shipping service availability, customs requirements, and checkout settings.
If shipping is available for your country, available shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout.
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, or import fees depending on the destination country.
Unless checkout specifically states that import fees are prepaid or included, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by the carrier, customs authority, or delivery partner before or upon delivery.

Product Availability by Country
Some LOONMOON products are available only in Canada, while select products may be available for U.S. or international shipping.

A Note on Smaller Orders
Smaller orders can be disproportionately expensive to ship. Many customers choose to add a small item or bundle to make the most of their order and qualify for free shipping where available.

We are unable to take responsibility for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
Delays & Carrier Issues
Once an order has shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier.
While we do everything we can to pack orders carefully and ship promptly, we cannot guarantee exact delivery timelines or be responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, weather, holidays, regional delays, or incorrect shipping information.
Warm Weather Shipping
Some LOONMOON products, including beeswax candles, beeswax wax melts, chocolate, and soft maple candies, can be affected by high heat during shipping.
We pack orders carefully, but parcels may be exposed to warm trucks, mailboxes, customs facilities, delivery vehicles, or sunny doorsteps during transit or after delivery.
During hot weather, please monitor tracking and bring your package indoors as soon as possible.
Beeswax items may soften, show light surface bloom, or develop minor marking if exposed to heat. Chocolate and soft maple candies are best kept cool and dry, as heat or humidity may affect texture or surface appearance.
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can review it.
