When will my order be delivered?
Most orders ship within 2 to 4 business days. Once your parcel leaves us, Canada Post or our courier usually takes another 3 to 8 business days depending on where you live. As soon as your order ships, you will get a tracking email so you can follow it from our mountain to your fridge.
Can I Return my product?
If something is wrong with your order, please reach out so we can make it right. Because beeswax wraps spend their days cozying up to your food, we can only accept returns on unopened, unused sets. Email us within 30 days of delivery at hello@loonmoon.ca, and we will walk you through the options.
What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?
Very rarely, a parcel has a rougher trip than we planned. If your wraps arrive damaged, take a quick photo and email it to hello@loonmoon.ca within 7 days of delivery. We will sort out a replacement or refund as quickly as we can so your leftovers still get the cozy wraps they were promised.
