When will my order be delivered?
Most orders ship within 2 to 4 business days.
After shipping, delivery typically takes 3 to 8 business days depending on your location.
You will receive a tracking email once your order ships.
Can I Return my product?
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items.
What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at hello@loonmoon.ca within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
